I was invited to lead a breakout session for the Black Professionals in Technology Network (BTPN). The BTPN runs events to bridge the talent gap in the the tech industry by providing Black technical and business professionals with access to senior executive sponsorship, skill development and a strong peer network to support their career growth.

The breakout session that I led as part of their Tech Talks panel event was with a group of professionals in Innovation and Entrepreneurship. My role was to engage and facilitate conversation among the participants. Topics addressed included: the emergence of new business models due to COVID-19; ways in which UX will likely evolve to accommodate a less “virtual” feel; strategies to keep teams engaged given that leading teams virtually brings additional challenges!
